These magnesium capsules work great for me! I like how they contain magnesium, in not just one, but three highly absorbable forms. Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Malate, and Magnesium Citrate. They are 100mg capsules which is only 25% of the daily recommended amount of magnesium, but the nice this about this is there is a bunch of different ways you can decide to divide the daily dose (assuming you take the full recommended dose daily) . I personally like taking 2 capsules in the morning and two at night. If I'm having foot cramps, which is a common issue for me, taking two of these will relieve my cramps in about 10-20 minutes. Also helps me with my migraines and with general relaxation. High quality product at an unbeatable price. Keep up the good work BioGenesis! :)

I have severe chronic migraines. One suggestion was that I needed to up my magnesium intake. After research into the 'good' types of magnesium to take, I looked everywhere for a product that would provide the best types of magnesium. These capsules provide 3 of the 4 recommended magnesium types. The capsules are easy to swallow and I have had no obvious side effects. I recently purchased another bottle for myself and for my mother. I am very pleased.

Availability use for muscle pain

Love this product! Wakes my brain up,keeps me in a balanced state.Also took a double dose when I first started taking these,because I was determinedto get off of pain medication.Doing this as I reduced my medicines,helped meto have know withdrawal.I now take this faithfully,and am so grateful to this Company!!!

These supplements definitely help me stay regular, if you know what I mean. Minus one star because the capsules have a minuscule bit of the magnesium that hangs out on the outside which gives me a frowny face when I taste it while trying to swallow it. A simple wiping it off with my sleeve beforehand seems to help, but I still find them a little difficult to swallow sometimes. If they were smaller, they would be better.

I erroneously gave this purchase a negative feedback stating that I did not order nor receive it. In fact, a member of my household ordered it for his own personal use on his own credit card. I was not aware of this when I left the negative comment.The household member did receive the merchandise promptly, and is happy with the purchase.

I bought this for a couple years. the last few orders I've bought have had a lot of broken open capsules inside. I am trying another brand now.

They keep my magnesium level up.
