Not real brass
These are not real bras and the tops split off under any real pressure from a screwdriver.Once you get them installed they were fine… We should just plan on throwing away a few.

Brittle Metal Insert
Inserts are nicely made, but even with the recommended hole size one of the two tabs will snap off if installed as intended. Using a short bolt and a socket one can get the insert to install.

Great BITE!
These are the best on the market in my opinion. I used to be able to find them at a local hardware store, but couldn't so came here and found them. They are sharp, so they cut right into the wood you are trying to put them in. Make sure you are going straight in or they will bite to whatever angle you insert. Good stuff.
