Absolutely love them, ordered two and will likely order more in the future. Seller sent the items really quickly, well in time to ship them to my family in Holland so I am super pleased.I am not taking a picture for this review as the images I used for the frames are of my family, but the images came out sharp, bright and it looks absolutely stunning. The sharper the images you supply, the better of course, one of my image was a little darker and more colourful and that image is also a little darker on the frame, which gives it mood and atmosphere.Both frames look great quality, my family will love these 'Sinterklaas' presents :DSuper pleased with the result. Slate came, the picture was zoomed in and missed some of the heads of, this was a gift for a friend who recently lost her mum. After I contacted to say I was not happy I was told it was because of the picture I used. Instead of messaging me to let me know the picture wouldn’t fit the frame correctly, they decided to take my money and send it anyway. They would not allow me to change the picture and did not offer a refund!

Absolutely brilliant quality and a lovely gift however they would not allow me to exchange even though I had advised them twice of the correct photo and sent it 5 hours after a mistake was made. Did not receive a reply to my message asking to exchange it from Wednesday until Sunday.
