Oh man! This thing is great. The original battery that comes with the Galaxy S3 sucks. My phone would start draining instantly as soon as it was unplugged, but with this new battery, I'm able to use my phone all day without having the need to charge it until the next day even! The only complaint is that it is a bit bulkier, but regardless, it still fits in my pocket fine!

It was easy to install there are videos on youtube, i did the three cycles of letting it die and recharing it completely to formulate the the battery and have it at its complete power, it works great my phone stays charged all day, batteries loose there efficency when you give them incomplete charges, you should always charge when battery is dead and phone is off...

It's great not to have to charge my phone as often

Just put it in my phone last week. It's quicker than my iphone 6 and it's two years older. My phone can last for 2-3 days now without needing to be charged.

First off Samsung is the company to buy any sort of lithium ion battery cells ranging anywhere from power tools to to handheld electronics. I went against my better judgement and thought that maybe over the course of a couple years maybe someone could beat Samsung's OEM replacement. This battery has only 2500 mAH, 500 short from the original and 800 away from the advertised specs. The individual cells of this battery are unbranded and cheap knock off battery cells say they have the same capacity or greater but never come close to their claims. They also know the phone so well t hat they give you a flathead instead of a phillips screwdriver.Moral of the story, Samsung lithium ion batteries are far superior to any other lithium ion companies, that is why they are only present in the high grade consumer and industrial products.

I replace the battery in my s7 and after less than a month my phone completely stopped detecting the battery. I would plug in the phone to charge and the charging logo would pop up for a second and disappear. After taking the back off of the phone to make sure the battery was plugged in and not loose, I tried charging it again and I had the same problem. The problem didn't change when I took out the battery and plugged it back in. I tried putting it on the charger without the battery at all and I got the same exact screen. This battery cost me the price of 2 extra glass backs for my phone and no longer works at all.

Night and day. Take the time to train the battery by fully charging it/discharging it at least three times, and you'll be happy. Now my antique lasts more than 24 hours on a charge.
