GREAT
This is a GREAT book that has helped me through 4 pregnancies and many years beyond.... EXCELLENT description of life enhancing kegels plus other exercises that are essential for well-being. I highly recommend it.

My Bible for Exercise during Pregnancy
I love this book. Even though it's old, it has so many excellent tips for keeping in shape during pregnancy and for right after. And there are no gimmicks, all have scientific basis. I have given this book to several friends.

Not the best resource
The pictures are remedial, the information- while technical- is not friendly to the every day pregnant woman. I wish I had saved my money and paid for a half hour with a personal trainer to modify what I was already doing once I hit 6 months and the belly became burdensome.
