This product was recommended to me by a 5 Star Nutrition Representative about a year ago and I’ve been using it since. It keeps me hydrated and energized in the gym and the taste isn’t bad ( I recommend the Mango). The product arrived to me a day after I order and it’s worth the money.

Great taste. Great for the before, during, and after workout. A little thick, add extra water.

I just start with the anabolic Warfare BCAA product. There has not been enough time to result in recovery or new muscle growth. I can comment on taste and ease of use. The mango flavor is good but is a slight after taste which is a touch on the bitter side but not enough that I would not stop using the product. Creating the mixture is ok depending on type of container. If you are placing it in a water use a funnel, because you will make a mess. The best way is with a shaker cup. In saying that it would nice to get it in pouches for bottles. Individual powder pouches would be a good quick fix for someone with a 16oz water battle. I will make changes to this review in time when I can truly see the results from the product.
