It is a great charger, it goes to full battery very quickly, I think it took like 2 hours for the case to fully charge, which I think is pretty fast. So far I have only charged my phone twice from it so I am not sure how many times it fully charges a phone but it being at least twice I think is great. The case has an on / off button. The only think is that it covers your phone exactly to the screen size, so I would recommend a screen protector as it doesn't have that overlap edge (I have an XS). Also is easy to charge, you just connect it to your regular iPhone charger. Great case so far!

I will update this review as I use the phone more:First impressions are solid however.Big positives,HUGE improvement to battery life, as it recharged my phone fully, without issue. Charge pass through with lightning also works as advertised, which is a bonus over the micro usb connectors of other phone cases.I can confirm that with a iphone x running ios 13.2 that this case is fully compatible with Hondas implementation of car play. I used it in both a 2016 Honda Civic and 2018 Sentra and can confirm both work for carplay. How long this will work, before the dreaded accessory not supported pops up, is un clear.I will update after a few weeks of use, as most negative reviews are of the long term quality control variety. heres hoping ,because i do enjoy the case.cons:absolutely no, and I mean zero front screen protection. please, for the love of all things apple, buy a screen protector with this case.connector is very fragile, so dont look into this case if you plan to frequently swap your cases, but for someone like myself who only uses 1-2 cases per phone release, it is pretty much perfect.

So I went to place my phone into this and noticed it said not to create a wide angle when pulling your phone out or it will break the battery charger.Well, I was careful and it still rendered the batter charger broken and useless.

So I’ve had several different brands of external batteries. This particular battery was a little bit less expensive so I thought why not. Well I had the battery for about 1 1/2 months and it just stopped working, I thought it would have been a nightmare trying to deal with foreign warranty company. I couldn’t have been more mistaken these guys were great. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Look I know that these things are made by humans so that’s why I give them 5 stars because their customer service is top notch. I will definitely buy from them and recommend them for the way they take care of th customer.

Hello to the HETP Battery Case Team,It seems there are many happy customers here, but I am not one of them. I took this with me to Malaysia, and really needed the extra charges because in a city like Kuala Lumpur, from the time you leave in the morning you might not be back until midnight.Unfortunately, this charger worked a time or 2, then didn't work after that. I felt really disappointed. If you feel confident enough that I'll get a better one, I'd be happy to receive a replacement, otherwise I'd rather send it back for a refund.What do you suggest?J

Not sure how all these 5 star reviews came about. The case itself feels and looks nice. Its very heavy but i expected that and didn't mind. It would not charge above half battery, I liked it enough regardless of the defect upon first impressions that i was just going to exchange it. HOWEVER after using it for just one day I noticed one huge flaw. When the charging pack is powered on it eliminates most of your 4g signal. If I was in an area with 3 bars or less I would have zero service and would receive 10 text messages about 15 seconds after removing my phone from the case. It feels good and works perfect as a heavy phone case if you want to add some weight to your pocket but it is completely useless when it comes to actually charging your phone (unless you want complete privacy as if you were in airplane mode). I wish it worked!

I wanted to use this a few days before writing this review. Very sharp, solid case. It does add a bit of thickness, and weight- but this is to be expected. But WOW does this extend the battery life! I love it. I am constantly worrying about carrying a charge cable, and running out of battery life. I can now go 2 days without plugging it in, which is fantastic! Very glad I got this!

Super clean and elegant design. Perfect for those who travel and don’t want to use a battery brick. Nice flat surface for a finger clip or holder as well. Charged my phone almost twice on one charge.
