The black signboard has presence and showcases the signage well. I have used both prepared signs and adhered them to the board with glue dots or double-sided tape. Flyers do not adhere on their own. I have also written on the black part of the board with liquid chalk markers. The writing stands out but is not the easiest to wash off when changing the message or images. The plastic covering does protect the writing or flyers to a degree, but repeated rain can easily get behind the plastic cover and smear the written message or wet the flyers as it is not a seal-tight fit. The plastic covering has 4 tabs that align with four holes in the signboard in order to secure the covering over the message. Unfortunately, the holes do not line up perfectly with the tabs, so the plastic buckles a little letting the opportunity for water to come in and behind the covering. The plastic covering easily cracks, especially along the edges.

Our club bought 2 of these signboards. No regrets at all. They worked very well for what we intended them to do....catch people's eyes and lead them towards us.

We bought these to place outside of our Performing Arts Center to advertise performances. We need these to stay up all day 7 days a week. First definitely not waterproof. First light rain and all our posters were soaked through and stuck to the PVC cover so not ideal if you live in an area where it rains a lot or don't have a significant covered area. Second we are located in the South and it is very hot here. After just one month the bases are warped and bowing and all the PVC covers are warped and heat damaged. They do have a 1 year warranty and we are looking to have them replaced but beware if you are in a hot and wet climate like we are. These will not work well for you for extended use. If they are just being used for a few hours outside in a covered area, they seem sturdy and good enough.

I love how all I have to do is put water in it and it will be able to stay up even in strong winds.

These are great and very functional lightweight sandwich boards. The clear plastic covers on both sides. Were not properly installed and kind of have a buckle to them which is un attractive.

I am really happy with this signboard for the fact that it is so big and that it is so durable, too!
