These can be added, uncooked, to the top of most stir fry recipes - as long as there is sufficient liquid. They cook quickly, and do not get mushy, even with the leftovers

Pancit canton noodles rancid smell.
I received this product last December 7, 3 weeks ago. When I opened this package to cook , it had a strong rancid smell which was very unusual in this kind of noodle. I used this kind of noodle before but never smelled like this. I also noticed that the packaging has no expiration date. I ended up throwing everything away.
