A Must for Ma Po Tofu

This is a pantry staple in Sichuan cooking. I love it and won't make Mapo Tofu without it. A bit pricey ( - 1 star), but for me, it's worth it. I tried a couple other cheaper brands, but came back to this one. Flavor, spice, and texture are spot on for me. Tried it originally because of a recommendation from soupeduprecipes.com. Check out her YouTube channel for great recipes. I am not affiliated with her or her channel, but she has a lot of great recipes. She also has an Amazon storefront.
