11/10 More benefits than you think!
This is perfect for salt replacement of your usual table salt! M the taste is so much better, it’s a bit moist so you can’t put it in a shaker but the texture is like Himalayan salt and super easy to use from the bag! I would recommend getting a container to hold salt to sprinkle it! It has so many more benefits and is HUGE for making an electrolyte concentrate. I use 1 tablespoon in 8 oz of water and use 1 tablespoon in a 32oz drink with water packets so I’m hydrated during the summer!! 11/10!

Good for intractable migraines and CSF leaks
My chiropractor recommended this to me when I started have intractable migraines to add a little into my water every day. Better than sports drinks. Then when my neurologist diagnosed me with a CSF leak, she recommended increasing my salt, so now I add 1/8 of a teaspoon to my Tervis water bottle every time I refill it. It does help and I really notice a difference between when I use it and when I don’t.

Helps your body stay hydrated
This does help with hydration, a pinch on the tongue before consuming water does great for your body. It taste ok for salt not too salty. I like the smaller grained versus the bigger one.

Really like this salt.
We really like this salt over plain old white table salt we have used for years. Yes there are trace minerals in it you need but not found in traditional white table salt especislly for cooking.

Celtic salt is better
Read that Celtic salt is good for high blood pressure. I have been using this salt a few months now and my husband says his blood pressure has been more in the normal range than ever in the past 10 years. The seal is great. The texture and grind ability is good. Grain size is fine. Can use a lot of this salt and feel guilty.

I use this salt when I go on my 3 or more day fast! It tastes good and it helps keep me hydrated. A little goes a long way and I actually enjoy using it in some cooking too!
