These were for my teenage sons. I appreciate the additional ingredients, not just a basic multi. It shows they have knowledge on gut health, not just trying to make money off of a generic product. I wouldn't say we had any noticeable changes in my son, but he didn't complain about anything either which was a plus. We were hoping to notice improved alertness and focus, but felt there was still overall benefits. They are typical sized vitamins and need to be swallowed whole to avoid the usual vitamin taste. We own multiple products from Codeage.

This is a great multivitamin for a growing teen boy! It has so many things that he needs. He takes two at the same time. It does not upset his stomach as long as he’s taken out with food.

So far so good! I bought the teen fermented multi vitamins for my son. His doctor looked at all the ingredients and really liked the ingredients. My son has ADHD and at times can be very argumentative and irritated. I have noticed lately (he has been on them for almost three weeks) that he hasn’t been as irritable and less argumentative. We are so impressed with them that we have all decided to start using Codeage supplements as soon as all of what we are currently taking runs out. The only complaint my son has is that he doesn’t like the taste of the capsule. We have him take one capsule in the morning and one capsule at night.

We started buying this as a what we feel is a high quality, bioavailable multivitamin for our teen. We hoped to reap benefits for adhd as well. While I can’t prove anything with this, I know my child’s attention span improved. Maybe this is attributable to some other factor, I’m not sure. So this is just an opinion. But I do believe optimal nutrition is a big component. Who knows. The capsules are a medium size and easy to swallow but have a unique smell. It took a while for my kiddo to get used to that but they did adjust after a few weeks. Overall I think these are doing just great and we have no ill side effects

My teen really does well on these and it makes me feel better the ingredients are good.
