Retraction to previous review
My Daughter needed a new laptop for college and wanted the MacBook Air. We found this 2019 one in her price range and the description stated excellent condition, refurbished, brilliant.Turned up on time and looks great, as new. Came with charging plug and cable. Plugged it in and let charge. Later on In the day, my daughter tried to power up and set up her new Laptop.Unfortunately the MacBook wouldn’t turn on. Tried the on/off button - nothing.Google and Apple support search gave tips to start using different sequence of keys - nothing.UPDATE….Emailed the team and well what can I say……… brilliant service, helped solve the issue with the MacBook. Mutuna and Kyle kept me informed, diagnosed the problem and carried out a blooming fast repair and replaced the suspected faulty charger.I will always admit when I am wrong or if I’ve made a rash judgement.Thank you to the team.

Currently in uni and didn’t want to spend loads on a laptop found this and wow you wouldn’t even know it’s second hand came in pristine condition and was delivered in less then 24 hours thank you!

Stolen Item!! Please do not make the same mistake I did
I ordered from here 2 years ago and as soon as I’ve gone to sell the item on, apple have confirmed with me that this item was never fully refurbished and there is an account still linked. On their actual account they’re only 1.7 stars and have previous complaints from people about the same thing of the items being stolen products - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - Amazon was also no help in getting my money back so now I have a laptop that i cannot sell, cannot log into and I have to give it to the police because it is stolen

Just like a brand new laptop!
If you told me this was a brand new laptop I’d believe you. It’s pristine! It works perfectly and looks beautiful. It’s clearly the real article and works perfectly. I am genuinely thrilled with it!Complete value for the money I’ve paid. I also had an issue I didn’t understand and they sorted it out for me in less than an hour. Excellent seller and I’m even happier than when I originally purchased the laptop!
