Great product. I’ve always used Muscletech products . This one has a great flavor and easy to drink. Take a bit more to mix so that it’s not lumpy . I drink mine with 2% milk .

Excellent protein with a good taste. I take it before working out, and I make a shake with a scoop of oats, a banana, and a scoop of protein. It's excellent for going to the gym and training hard. After finishing an exhausting workout, I usually have another shake, but just with water, and the recovery is excellent.

My experience and objectiveReview written on the Third Day of consumption:Third protein i've tasted, did it with the chocolate fudge, and it smells like a drop of water were on an oreo. It does taste great. I think 8 ounces is a bit too much, since i enjoy it with more chocolate texture than watery.Thorough Description of texture:This protein is great for a lactose intolerant person like me, i haven't drank any milk for 20 years, it just smells horrible and makes me wanna puke. This protein has a faint smell of lactose, but just take one sip and you'll think of chocolate, it's like, if you've blend a brownie and made it drinkable as a non viscous liquid somehow, this is what it would taste like.RECIPEI use one scoop per shake, i can't give it a five since it's my first shake, i've also been recommended an specifically non lactose intolerant shake.It can completely replace flour, consistent and extremely fine powder.This is a preworkout, not post workout. Drink or eat in recipe the scoop, before workout, not afterwards.HEALTHAbout results. I chose this one since it has ZERO creatine, people love to talk about creatine without having any idea of how extremely harsh it acts on your kidneys. Trust me , i've had rabdomyolisis, and if there's two people who can talk about kidneys are nefrologists and me. Sure, to bend that off you just have to drink tons of water (but if you're like me and hate water) creatine is suicide on recommended dosage.This has none of those health issues concerning creatine, maybe it has a bit more of energizers than i need, but the pro's outweight the cons when it comes to that, it's just a perfect balance in recovery, protein intake for someone like me who excersises for intense workouts (45 minute long) on daily basis with one to two days of rest per week.My sleep hasn't been interrupted as i trusted one of the reviewers here whose name i forgot, who recommended to take the protein before one of the larger meals in the day and before excersise.

Had big expectations about the flavor but sadly didn’t achieve that. Protein seems god quality but it’s an struggle to drink it everyday.

Background on why I use this product:~2.5 yrs ago, went into doctor's office only to be blasted by my family doctor of my poor health with a very high cholesterol level, "fatty liver", weight in the mid 190 lbs (i am 5'7"), and just not properly taking care of my health.- after mentioning above, I made changes to my lifestyle (cutting down on fats, junk food, etc), and started to go on a path of becoming healthier by dieting, exercising. During this 2.5 year journey I've mainly used protein shakes as a supplement, multi-vitamins, and tried creatine once (not a big fan of it I'll be honest)With protein shakes as my main supplement, I decided awhile back to try nitro tech's ripped and see if there was a difference. And yes there was :-)I have been using nitro tech's ripped primarily doing metabolic exercises (circuit training) and finally switched my fitness membership to a boxing gym. Like anything, dieting is important along with a proper fitness routine.This has definitely lowered my body fat percentage (BFP), lost weight, and i have increased and/or made a more "lean"/"cut" look to my physique. My wife has certainly taken notice.My stats when I moved to Seattle this early June was 176lbs @ 19.3% BFP (thank you upstate NY weather with your snow and general misery for not making me exercise). I am currently @ 159lbs with and holding steady @ around 15% BFP. *BFP is not static, and tends to move around depending on diet and what I've been doing (I use the OMRON HBF-306C to analyze my BFP).I would recommend this product to anyone, but whoever is willing to get in shape also must take diet into consideration, cut down on processed carbs, eat more lean meats, less sugar (i eat grapes and other fruits as a substitute), more green veggies.Suggestions for using this:-Get the "BlenderBottle ProStak System" (it's 9 bucks right now on Amazon), you'll need a good shaker to dissolve this (this powder dissolves better than most protein shakes I've tried in the past)-After using above (or any shaker), wash it. Seriously, the very least is to rinse it. If you leave the after product all day and open it, it smells like used underwear (don't ask me how I know)-Exercise and diet accordingly!
