Got this for a friend of mine and they were very pleased with the results of added energy and core strength - they said it tastes good too.

Alive! Customer for Life
I am convinced that this product keeps me at my healthiest and has helped prevent me from getting sick for years. I love the broad spectrum of ingredients and the product's value for the money I pay. I am subscribed to receive this every month and take it consistently, and I have noticed a significant difference in my energy and general well-being. Every human is different, and a liquid multivitamin, in comparison to a pill or tablet, absorbs so much better, and I feel that I use the nutrients being provided so much more optimally. Give it a try (recommended with food/a little fat for the fat-soluble vitamins it has). You'll be hooked, and it will truly benefit your health in the long run!

Great substitute for someone who is not able to take large pills
I ordered this vitamin for my father who has 97 years old and can no longer easily swallow large pills. We wanted to make sure he continued to take his daily multivitamins, and there was no other way. This has been a great addition to his daily supplements. The only issue that I would flag is that this liquid is quite dark and green, and it tends to stain even his dentures so we have to immediately clean them or the stains are hard to get out. But overall, it's a great product and it has all of the daily vitamins that he needs so we have been happy with it. We have not noticed any issues with upset stomach or any other side effects so we think it is quite effective.

I like it
Tastes good. Covers all the vitamin bases I need it to would be nice if it cost a little bit less but you could say that for everything.

It really does taste bad, but it has a lot more vitamins & minerals, allegedly
This product is made from plants that they throw into an industrial blender or something. This means two things: 1, there are extra vitamins and minerals that you don’t get in other supplements, according to the label, and 2, it tastes as awful as you’ve probably already heard. The extra vitamins and minerals. A serving size of this product is claimed to have a lot more of the daily recommended amount compared to other liquid supplements. Even if taking just half the recommended serving size, which would be 15mL, just to compare to other liquid supplements, most of the amounts of each vitamin/mineral available blow away the competition. Sure, some vitamins/minerals have less in a serving, but overall this item is packed with nutrition. Just compare the labels and see for yourself. Anyway, the additional vitamins/minerals in this product compared to others, at an appreciable amount, include: Vitamin K, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, and Molybdenum. However, that's IF the nutrional info on the label is accurate. The product isn't certified by the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation), the FDA, or any independent laboratory. So, there's no verification of the ingredients in the bottle, as well as no undeclared ingredients or unacceptable levels of contaminants. The taste. It’s bad. It’s really bad. You have to mix it with juice to tolerate it. Even if you do, the aftertaste is strong and lingers for quite a while unless you clean your mouth or eat something. My kids won’t even try it due to the smell, which is just as bad as the taste.3 stars, because there's no way to know that what's on the label is actually in the bottle. If it was certified, it would surpass expectations with the additional vitamins and minerals and I'd give it an extra star, but regardless, I’d still be looking for alternatives due to the taste alone.

Works great
I typically purchase another brand yet this one is just as amazing- not much difference in the quality, has a better flavor and can’t beat the price- found a new joy here

Pond Scum
I have difficulty swallowing pills, especially all the multivitamins that I have tried on the market which seem to be made in only one size: ‘Horse Pill’. Cutting them in half gives you two jagged pills to get stuck in your throat & quartering them makes them crumble to dust.A coworker recently told me about the Alive! brand and how much she liked it, and I was initially pleasantly surprised to find this liquid vitamin. I am an adult, read all the great reviews, and was not expecting some sweet candy like ambrosia essence in a bottle. I was expecting a not-so-great tasting FRUIT and VEGATABLE based liquid vitamin that I could add to my daily glass of cranberry juice and tolerate it.What is made very unnoticeable and hidden with fancy language (and which all of the reviews, which were about 25, that I read failed to mention) is that the main ‘green food’ is Spirulina AKA ‘POND SCUM’. I know a lot of people are jumping on this Spirulina/Pond Scum band wagon, but I am NOT one of them. After refrigerating the bottle overnight, shaking vigorously, and then pouring out a capful, what oozed out was a sickly green swamp snot mixture, that smelt as tasty as it looked. After frantically checking the expiration date and finding that it was nowhere near, I found the hidden ‘green food/spirulina’ on the ingredient list. I thought if I did put a shot in with my cranberry juice it would help dilute and mask the putrid stench and flavor, but all I got was an even darker, scummier green glass of juice. I shut my eyes, held my nose and tried a swig and it wasn’t that bad, reminiscent of chewable Flintstone vitamins I took as a child, so I choked the glass down with my breakfast. The results: The entire day I was plagued with a vomit aftertaste, horrible acid reflux, neon green/yellow urine, and diarrhea. My advice: DO NOT BUY THIS! If you have trouble swallowing pills, get the gummy vitamins. I am trying those next, and wish I had got them in the first place even though I am not fond of sweets and cannot stand gummy candies, but at least gummy candies are better than pond scum!
