Non working product and no support
Amazon service is A* however we were not happy as this product has not be in working condition since delivery, and has been in repair for about two weeks. We have received it back and it seems to be working. It is extremely noisy though.

Terrible Quality
It broke after 3 days of working, then they took it to be repaired and after 15 days they brought back only to be broken once again this time water spillage all over the place. Extremely dissatisfied with the brand quality but the customer service of Amazon so far was really good. Let's see if they change it for me now

Was a big disappointment
Hot & Cold water Doesn’t work at all. Water shortage light alway turns on. Poor plastic quality.

One small issue is that it makes annoying beeping sound when the water is low and its so annoying,

It has a leak from the first second it was switched on. requested exchange, no reply, no contact details to get in touch with both the seller and Amazon also.There is no any information who to send complaint to, just stuck with not working water dispenser.

مطابق للمواصفات جيدا جدا للاستخدام فيه ماي حار وبارد والماي ينحط تحتمشكله بسيطة يوم وصلني كان مكسور من ورى كسر بسيط مبين انه حاط بالغلط .. بس بشكل عام شغال وتمام والكسر من الخلف مايبينا
