I bought this headset off of her and received the black headphones but all I got from it was a cord and microphone and the color is red it’s nothing like the picture It supposed to come with the case 7.1 cable and base controller on the headset witch is where you could control how strong the base is please don’t buy if your expecting what comes from the picture it’s a scam but the headset is real but it’s not what I wanted

Disappointed and unacceptable
The headsets box was damaged when I recieved it and it looked like it was opened previously, the cloth ear cushions were not given.When I opened the box only one side of the headphone had the protective film. When I tried the headphones on it was not resting right on my head; it was off-balance. After further inspection I noticed the metal arching part is bent.Honestly I am dissappointed in the quality that I recieved my product in, I did not mind the missing ear cushions as it already has the memory foam ear cushions but the damage on the headphone is unacceptable.
