I'm guessing if you're here, you already know what Flonase is.The reason I don't like Flonase is because the applicator is absolutely terrible. It seemed like I had to prime the little pump every time I used it, and that wasted a lot of product.The reason why I like this better than Flonase is because it works the first time every time without having to give it a couple of squirts to get it going. So, not only is it less expensive, but less goes to waste as well.Will be buying this from now on. It's almost a year's supply, too!

This product is the same as Flonase. I searched prices and this 5 count of Kirkland seem to be the Best Buy. It works great just like other brands but at a better price.

If you have sinus issues, this is 1,000% recommended in my book. Without I have had real struggles. This is TMI, but just to describe how I was doing without using this nasal spray nightly was difficult. I had stopped using it for 2mos to see if I could go without using it, I had struggles with sinus breathing, mucus gathering, nose scabs/dried up pain clotting, & nose bleeds once a dried up clot was finally lose enough to blow out.
