I bought our first vacuum robot in Feb 2016; I paid AED 3,499 from a US-based brand that was just starting at that time. Vacuum robots were not that popular, especially in the UAE, and for this price, I got a robot with random logic ( no mapping), but it did really well for that time. After about 5 years, I was shopping for a new one, and things became much more confusing, with so many brands and so many features. I finally settled for this one because it had all the important features, like good battery life, charge and resume, and mobile app control. For about 1000 AED, it outperforms many expensive brands. I bought a second one a few weeks later, so now I have one on each floor, and I am happy with both. The package was elegant and clean, the setup was easy, and the app is simple to use. I have only one medium thickness carpet, and it did well on it; the rest of the house is the hard floor. I never used the mopping feature. I faced an issue with the setup of the 2nd one, but it turns out that the wifi coverage wasn't that good. My advice is to follow the manual to guide where to place the base to have a smooth charging experience. Otherwise, you might face issues where the robot might not recognize the base. I strongly recommend this one, and I like that Eufy keeps updating its app frequently.

I got this vacuum in 2022.it works great and connects well with Alexa. The app is pretty cool and the device itself is very hardy. However, while it maps the rooms while vacuuming, there is no option to store these maps and so pretty tedious as you need to ensure to move away things and close doors before starting up. On top of this, the mop mode works well when it works but most of the time the device just drags around in an area. I do need to spend some time troubleshooting and if I am lucky, it starts working. I wish I had got a slightly better model but overall it's a good vacuum bot. Make sure to buy some additional boundary strips.

Its been 40+ days that we are using this product and overall satisfied with its work. Best part is it does both dusting and mopping at same time, so no worries.Pros:1) Cleans and mops at same time2) Nicely designed, so it goes below the sofa and bed. Good height .3) Reliable Anker Brand made me pick this choice.4) Amazon delivery speed is unbeatable.Cons:1) NO memory function to remember the map for previous run clean function. This leads to longer run. I wish could have gone for next model !.2) Wish it had brushes on both side to sweep dust more effectively3) Due to Map memory function, it runs longer sometimes consuming more battery - no impact just long run hours.4) At times, if there are heavy devices next to wall (like Fridge) corners are not reachable.Overall happy with this and has helped us spend quality time on other things. Kudos to Amazon and Anker for wonderful platform and product.Will post one more review after years usage.

I bought this item once for me, and then 3 times for my family. Truly great, cleans the house really well. I have 2 cats and a studio and it really helps it stay clean and shiny. Cons are that it might miss some tight areas in the house, it also might not be able to reach corners under desk chairs and such. Definitely recommended though!

Warranty is a joke! Dont buy anything from anker you’ll suffer and waste your money. The vacuum worked very well at first then it stopped working properly after couple of months.Anker team is the worst! They collected the vacuum to be fixed and returned it with the same issues! when I contacted them again asking for a replacement they offered to replace my product with a used product instead of a new one! Their costumer service is so unprofessional because each agent will tell you a different lie. One agent said its because of their warranty policy they can only can replace it with used one, another agent said its because they are out of stock so no new product available.The funny thing is they claim that the used product they’ll send as a replacement is tested by their tech team to ensure its quality, thats the same team who fixed my product and returned it with the same issues!Very unprofessional and misleading, DONT waste your money

Its a good robovac but starts underperforming after several months. Bought this in 2022 and after about 9 months, the Vaccuum started making a lot of noise. Got in touch with Amazon CS , who put us in touch with Eufy and they sent us a refurbished replacement vaccuum in a week or two. The replacement unit worked well for about 8 months. The Vacuum now looses power after about 45 mins and cannot return to base. The machine does it's job well when its working. Its being used for a tiled floor area of about 900 sft.

Does a good job of vaccuming and mopping effortlessly. Mopping needs to be fine tuned by the manufacturer. However vacumming action is commendable. The one with two brushes seems to be a better bargain given the price and functions. Anyway, a very useful and value for money product, would not get disappointed at allUpdate: After 6 months of use, I can tell this one is worth the price for the unit and pretty good in doing normal vaccuming, especially hair and small particles, but mopping function is not satisfactory. The mop pad wetting filters of the unit doesnt do the job well. Also the price of the accessories are on the higher side and thus using the device on the long run may incur additional costs.
