I am 42 years old, and out of nowhere I started to experience vaginal dryness. I tried everything to get my wetness back including taking slippery elm bark, and sea buckthorn oil supplements. They both did not work. I was about to give up until I saw these, and read some reviews where it helped with vaginal dryness. These vitamins literally saved my sex life. I experienced no headache taking these, experienced an increase in energy, and my wetness is back, and my boyfriend noticed it too. Yayyyy. With me being 42, getting ready to turn 43 soon very possible my estrogen levels are dropping, or my hormones are a little off. Whatever the case may be I am so happy I gave these vitamins a shot.

so after i had surgery in december to remove excess uterine lining and uterine cysts i broke out like CRAZY. it was bad and it was all over my body and mainly on my chin and jawline. It was deep and painful and mainly happened right after my period, but it was getting so bad i had cystic acne all the time. No matter how much i washed my face and body and used acne fighting products it wouldn't go away not even estro/progestrone birth control didn't help me. I tried this and my poor skin is healing. HOWEVER I think it might be making my hair fall out. I've noticed that since i started using this my hair is falling out quite a bit, but honestly i would rather have that than painful acne i just hope i don't go bald.

Didn't work for me .Did not relieve hot flashes at all.Also started getting headaches from pills

I didn't feel it helped with the mood swings, hot flashes, hair growth, or night sweats. But compared to other products in the same realm This one gave me the quickest (3days and very light) period I ever experienced since I was 14. Mine are usually very heavy and very painful cramps, back pain and moodiness with the cravings being sweet/salty. With this product I just had a little back pain, almost no cramping. Better to be sold as a PMS formula in my opinion.

I usually take this the week leading up to and the week I’m menstruating. The cramps, and fatigue, brain fog and spats of emotions subside almost completely!!!! It also has no noticeable taste or burping effects- like a lot of powder capsules. I received 2 plastic bottles recently and I just realized that they both expired 9/2024. My most recent delivery was a glass bottle and it expires 12/2024. I've noticed that it feels less potent and the expired plastic bottles explains it. Usually when I order supplements here, they expire the following year so I never thought to check the dates on these until now. Basically, I feel like the cheaper packaged plastic bottles are less potent and the glass bottled supplements that I'm used to receiving work better.
