Ridgid RD80746 Pressure Washer Replacement Pump # 309515003

The original pump on my RIDGID pressure washer suddenly stopped working after only about 3 years of minimal use. I only wanted to replace the end part of the pump with the inlets, outlets, and pressure valve but apparently that's not sold separately. An OEM replacement pump was twice the price so I purchased this pump after reading the reviews. I removed the old pump and easily installed the new one in just a few minutes. The only thing I had to change out was the quick-connect outlet fitting for the wand but I was able to easily remove the brass fitting on the new pump and the old fitting screwed right in. I started the pump and it worked like a charm.

A simple 5 min install. No modifications needed, old pump off, new pump, slide right on bolts on easy. I did add the quick connect for the power washer hose.Update: initially I was adding tubing on the black 90° plastic inlet valve. I could not figure out why soap would not come out. The inlet valve for soap is a brass nipple, that I have facing straight down. I bought 3/16 inner diameter vinyl tubing, put it in car wash soap and connected it to the nipple. It worked perfectly. Use a low volume nozzle.

slight design change vs oem pump where pump flange meets engine but this makes pump easier to install vs oem. Replaced in 5 mins and works great. Works great on my Ridgid RD80746

I received the pump quickly and installed it on my Craftsman pressure washer. It installed easily and restored my washer to it's old self. I have used it several hours since then and it works perfectly. Good purchase.

This pump is a simple bolt-on replacement to restore the Rigid pressure washer to perfect working order...and much less expensive that buying a new pressure washer.
