i would've given this 6 stars if that was possible!Sturdy as a rock! yet moves around in all directions be it up, down, in, out, left, right, as well as swivel to portrait effortlessly!i have it holding my DELL AIO 24" which is quite heavy, and it's performing like a champ! HIGHLY Recommended!

Well, you bolt it to the wall by the hardware that is included. You fit the visa plate to the monitor and then slide that onto the arm.. Tighten or loosen the tension bolts and job done... Move the monitor about as you like knowing it is not going to end up on your feet.. I am not sure why a few people have gave bad reviews but it is perfect for my job and I have not had and issues with the arm but you do have to balance the monitor with the adjustable bolts with the tool that is included.. All you need is a drill and a 10mm bit... It is expensive and I guess that is the only bad thing about it..!

Clear instructions. Took me a while to decide exactly where to mount it. It was different to my previous wall bracket, which was very limited. In contrast this has a great deal of flexibility. I needed a mount that would allow me to move the television around from one side of an arch to the other side, so we could watch TV from either dining room or kitchen. This allows us to do that.Actually fitting it to the wall was easy once decided where. It’s important to adjust the bracket (following instructions) to the weight of the screen. It took several goes to get it right, but now the tv can be positioned up down in or out and it stays in place.The cable tidy took some adjustments to get it to stay on, and of course it can’t tidy all the cable.I found the manufacturer’s website chat service helpful for me. For example I thought it might be a good idea to mount it upside down. The answer was no, not recommended. But I didn’t need to do it anyway.This is a solid professional looking and functional piece of kit that I’d recommend.

This was the only product that I could find on Amazon or elsewhere that was actually useable for a sloping ceiling. I went through 5 different brackets and this was the one we landed on.Really well manufactured item, you can tell high quality materials and engineers made this. The only downside is that it took ages for me to work out how to adjust it! The instructions are not helpful at all in explaining how to change the vertical pan which we eventually managed to work out (advice to anyone else is to think of it like a pump) and it took us a while to realise the tv plate actually rotates also. However both of these functions were essential in making it a good fit for a versatile sloping ceiling mount.We did also have to buy a VESA adaptor plate as it only fits really small VESA dimensions.Overall recommend

Easy to use

It wasn’t flexible as the impression i had from the information. Further more the spring system is way too strong. It may result in damage to your TV.
