*IF* you can swallow them, these are great probiotics. The formula is well balanced; they’ll aid in keeping you regular and help with bloating. I’ve found I only have to take them every other day because they can be too effective, if you know what I mean. However, I have an extremely difficult time swallowing them (or anything in a gelatin capsule). They’re so light that they tend to bob around in my mouth on top of the liquid I try to swallow them with and I usually end up gagging on them. If you have sensitivity to swallowing pills then these may not be for you (I don’t have this issue with non-gelatin tablets). I have switched to this brand’s gummy version and find them much easier to use.

I have constipation and it can get really bad where I don't go for severalll days. This is a game changer truly and makes me feel way less bloated. I have been taking these for 2 weeks now and I've been going regularly. totally recommend these and will repurchase!

Love these probiotics. They work great for me. The strands are good for me. I take one a day.

When I experience bloating in my stomach, I find it convenient to take a pill to alleviate the discomfort. Surprisingly, the pill doesn’t have any unpleasant taste. It has proven to be incredibly effective in managing my stomach and my daughter’s stomach as well! I can comfortably take it every morning and after dinner.

This product does help with digestion. Easy to swallow. Does not taste bad. They are expensive.

No weird side effects. I had one the first day with no event. Next time I tried two and it was too quick. No pain, no cramps. I gave them to my dad and switched to fiber bars.
