Q: What is the size of the paper after it's cut? Pre being made into a button?

It depends on the size of the press you are using. The large one is 2 1/4" finished size so the paper is about 2 3/4". It comes with a die to cut the circles.

Q: Does this come with a large size circular cutter lile the medium that comes with the button press?

It does not come with the cutter

Q: How does it work? Is it an adapter for a machine? Please post a how to video.

There are multiple videos on YouTube showing you how to operate this Button Press.. Just type in "We R Memory Button Press" and they will popup. This is how I learned.
