Like most sports bras this one includes thin removable pads in the front they don't alter the way the bra fits or looks but i tend to remove them because they usually fall out in the wash anyhow 😊 I've had these bras for a bit and I'd 100% recommend you buy them. Very comfortable and durable

This is a late response, but maybe it will help someone else. I just ordered these and the bag they come in says, Made in China, in the lower right corner.

Q: “Dark” looks like black; is it different?

I have the dark and the black and there is not really much of a difference. The black is maybe a hair darker but I can’t tell the difference between the two to be honest. I hope this helps you.
