At first I was worried I had the wrong model. I did get the correct one and the installation went very smoothly. Our plumber recommended to turn the water line off just in case. That was easy, just turn the small t shaped thing. The old cartridge snapped out and the new one pooped right in. Just remember to turn the water line back on!

If you use an RO water filter system, these maybe the ones your system requires. If so, fine product.

Been a Watts Priemer RO system user for years and have no complaints and so easy to install. No salt to deal with!

I use this on our Watts Premier reverse-osmosis water system. I understand tap water in most areas will contain some amount of chlorine or chloramines. These will destroy the reverse-osmosis membrane and are removed by this carbon pre-filter. Therefore it's important to change this filter every six months as recommended by the manufacturer.

Have used for years, Works perfect.

Water is clear and tastes good.

Replaced old one by this, but only last 3 weeks, then stop filtered water. Have to return.

I bought this Watts replacement filter (yellow). Urbain Inspiration sent me the wrong part and they refused to take it back because I did not have the originald cardboard box that they sent it in. The filter itself had no packaging.
