I put stiffer springs in it because I had a 10 inch extension with a long knob on top of that but over all I can recommend because it's so strong before you do the things I did. It feel great and just make the game feel so much more real. Put a little grease in it though your wife will thank you because it sqeaks.

Works as it should, had to Google how to change some settings but other than that good.

Everyone says this is the best shifter on the market, and I'm tempted to agree. The shifts feel satisfying, the shifter just shows up as a generic 8 button controller so it's got universal compatibility, and it's cheap. Because of the ubiquity of this design, there are also a lot of aftermarket modifications that can be made if you are so inclined

Just my first initial impression. There will be alot of miss shifts with the default setup. 1 and 2 are easy to find. 3 and 4 are easy to skip due to how strong the spring wants to pull over to 5 and 6. 7 and R are a bit hard to get into. Going to see how it does in games, and whether it's easy to adjust. I really hope I can adjust it, as it's built like a tank. Also can 3d print a new top plate to make it easier to find gears. Still shouldn't fight this much though.

Only complaint I have is that it is noisy, but even then I wouldn't want to trade anything to silence it because it's so good. It feels and sounds solid and mechanical completely happy with it and am looking at getting another with the different gate pattern now.
