No more sugary soda
I've not had a regular sugar-based soda in years. First it was LeCroix that helped me kick the habit. But then I developed a LeCroix habit. Once I kicked the LeCroix habit, I realized I wanted a soda. Here's where Poppi pops in. It's apple cider based but you cant taste the vinegar it does have this aftertaste that is reminiscent of artificial sugars but its definitely not artificially sweetened. Probably not healthier than plain old water but definitely not as bad as your normal soft drink. The prebiotics? Maybe they help? I'd say eating more fresh fruits and veggies will be better for your gut than something that pours out of a can, but better than nothing!

Tastes like coke
Tastes just like a coke except it’s way healthier than regular soda . Has carbonation just like real soda smells like cola . I stopped drinking toxic soda this is definitely a great alternative

Not a cola 🤢
I wanted to love it so bad. I usually have at least one soda a day but have some gut issues, so I was hoping to switch to this. I dumped it after two sips. My initial thought at first sip was that it tasted like Dr. Pepper (which I hate). Tried again and realized what I was tasting was the apple cider vinegar, very strong. It was disgusting. I was very disappointed because I was told and even read reviews that it tastes like a cola.

Very tasty low-sugar cola substitute...
Yum, yum. Very nice low-sugar Cola flavored substitute. You won't feel you are missing out on regular Coke too much; very doable and enjoyable drink. Have to be careful not to drink too much!

I would buy more if it were cheaper
I like this brand. It really does seem to help with digestion. The flavors are good. I just want it to be less money per can.

Love Poppi but!
I’ve tried cost of their sodas like MOST of them and I’d say this one would be 3/5. It has a small coke taste but not too much. It is a value and they do have lot’s of variety. The calories are at a good count and i would say the Quality is okay.
