This would probably work great for a man with broad shoulders. It was too high, however, for this 5 ft 8 inch woman. I will likely pass it on to someone for whom it will fit better and look for a smaller version.

It did not have a strong smell when I took it out of the vacuum shrink wrap. It was ok. I am very sensitive and it only took a few hours to have zero smell. The density is perfect and holds up. I am sleeping on it for 8 weeks now. nothing changed. I chose the 6'' height although I am a normal/ athletic frame, 5.8'' woman. It's perfect. I can sleep on the side without the pressure on my shoulder. The small size is perfect and does not dominate my bed. Love how ideal the size is. I put my own cover on, a regular queen pillow cover works. It's excellent quality for the price. So happy about my discovery. Was too sceptical to pay the high price of a 'pillow cube'. This is the perfect dupe. I am purchasing one to bring it to my friend in Germany.

New to cube pillows and as a side sleeper who frequently wakes up with lower back pain I was eager to try it. Its odd looking, thick and I would like it wider. But I have slept great and have loved it so far.

I have KFS, a congenital birth defect that causes a short neck due to fusions of cervical vertebrae. As a result, I have tried a lot of pillows. This is the hardest, worst pillow I have ever used. I literally had to push down hard to make a dent in it. It definitely is not for side sleepers or people with neck problems.

It’s absolutely wonderful out of the box, but after having it for a while the foam isn’t as firm.

If I had a gripe about this then it would be that it's small and this is the bigger size. It's like something someone would have on a plane rather than in a bed. Overall it's comfortable when used alone without other pillows. Comes squished and after some time it fluffy on it own into a square shape. Does also have a weird smell that eventually fades. For the cost it's an ok pillow cube. I didn't have any pain issues so I'm not sure if it has with that
