Better quality than most fish oils in the same price range. Only draw back is suggested dosage. Would prefer to take only one versus the recommended serving.

Best omega 3 supplement
I use this all rhe time for circulation and improved memory, plus omega 3 is essential for pregnancy this one is a win all around, the only thing is that I live in a very hot area so to prevent it from getting rancid quickly, best to keep in the fridge.

No fishy after taste
After taking these fish oil pills my triglycerides have dropped from 114 to 99 easy to swallow and I have never had fishy after taste
