We tried it, stopped for a couple days, took it again. We both have severe pain, visible spasms husband has tremors (Parkinson’s Disease) fingers and hands curling in odd ways ~ I have lower leg cramps, carpel tunnel both hands, and fell a lot a few years ago from a neurological illness.The Black Cherry is a profound pain reliever. Even taking the edge off migraines when I don’t have complete resolution from migraine medications!My husband just had back surgery five days ago. Spent two nights in the hospital. He’s doing really well where they did the surgery, but a nerve branch bundle going down across his left thigh to his knee is bothering him. The Black Cherry seems to help this as well.He is a diabetic, we watch what he’s eating, count carbs and his blood sugars are fine on this.We do the Tart Cherry in the morning.We prefer the type where you take 1 TBSP or with the Black Cherry 2 TBSP’s.It’s so noticeable when we’re in severe pain.We take it, start watching a show with a heating pad on. When we realize how much we’ve improved.For my husband it’s usually a loud snorty snoring 😴 💤 and I know he’s not in as much pain 👍We really can highly recommend this.We are very much into Organic, no preservatives. If a container is plastic, is it BPA free?This met all our very picky criteria.We take the least amount of TBSP’s only 2 ( not 6, or a glass! 😳) resulting in less carbohydrates and also the added sugars!Excellent choice. As is the “Tart Cherry” by this company 👍You only take 1 TBSP of it!Less IS more ♥️

I use black cherry concentrate as suggested by a great friend who is a nutritionist, and I can't say that it helps curb inflammation or not, but it is a good alternative to soft drinks, I think. I add it to sparkling water and add Swerve as a non-nutritive sweetener, sometimes mixing it with sugar (which is ironic given that sugar is inflammatory). I also add it to zero-sugar ginger ale and that's delectable. And I've added it to sugar-free hot cocoa because cherries and chocolate are scrumptious. It's also a treat on sugar-free vanilla ice cream. I keep it refrigerated once opened, and it keeps 2-3 weeks. I suspect it keeps longer, but we finish it off before finding out.

This product tastes and smells like rotten cherries. I have purchased concentrate from other brands in the past and I never had anything that tasted this bad. The flavor overwhelms whatever it’s mixed with. The bottle I received was not past the expiration date however I am not able to drink this the taste is awful.
