With that in mind, I went ahead and bought what I expected to be a basic unit.It was delivered the same day. I was a bit nervous using it for the first time, especially since the manual advised new users to start slow. After charging it for about an hour, I gave it a try—and it was actually a very pleasant experience! By default, it applies suction and then releases it right away. It felt like a gentle kneading using suction—surprisingly soothing. I let it do its thing, then tested the muscle afterward, and it definitely felt looser and less painful.It also has a heat setting I haven’t explored much yet, but I’m looking forward to trying it.Overall, this is an outstanding product—especially for the price. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical about these things but the strength of it is amazing. It hold well on your skin and really does provide relief. I use it every other day on my upper back and i have noticed a significant difference. Very small and portable so i can bring it with me on my travels. Great purchase!

I bought this to help with my c-section shelf. Highly recommend if your struggling with knots in the muscle on or by the scar. Within a few days I already started to notice a difference. Within a few weeks my scar is now soft and ready to rebuild.

This product does what it is supposed to do. My only complaint is, when you are using it alone, it is hard to find the button on how to turn it off when you had enough. Perhaps they can create a raised button or something that you can feel the difference on how to turn it down or turn it off.

Firstly, the remote is ineffective as the cup does not respond to its commands once placed on the body, making the extra $5 spent on the remote seem unnecessary. Secondly, the cup is quite noisy during operation. Additionally, you must be very cautious not to select a suction level above 10 or an infrared level above 3 to avoid burns. It requires some acclimatization, and I did experience a few significant burns while figuring it out. Despite these issues, the cup performs its intended function."

Very easy to operate and worked great. Had a back pain for 3 weeks with no relief, used this massager and Bam, the pain relief was great. I would recommend this product to people dealing with large muscle pain. My only criticism is the display light is so bright I can't see the feature buttons.
