It makes a terrible high pitched/frequency noise. I tested if the noise came was the result of something else, tried different wall outlet, different cord - it was determined that this wall charger is the cause. It's only $8, so I didn't send it back, but hopefully the seller decides to send another one if they are confident I just got a faulty one.Will update this review if a new one is sent and is fine.

NOT a 4.2A dual-port, actually a 2x 1A or a 1x 2.1A. BEWARE!
Advertised at 4.2A but IT IS NOT. The packaging states 1A and 2.1A. Actually only charges 2.1A if one port used and 1A for each port if both ports used at the same time. VERY disappointed because I boight this specifically because it was advertised as a 4.2A dual port charger. Beware if you wanted to charge two higher amp devices at the same time!

Opened it and the box makes it sound like a 2.1a max...where the description stated it was 4.2a allowing 2.1a max to each outlet. It's working for what I am using it for, but I will try another one when I'm traveling to see how it charges my iPad while a phone is also plugged in....That will be the real test....typically a 2.1a will trickle charge an iPad if an iPhone is also connected

Decent, but makes a high-pitched sound
Product looked exactly as the image. Product is three stars for me because when charging something, the charger makes this small high-pitched sound. It's not completely noticeable if there's noise going on in be background or if you're pretty far away from the charger itself, but when the room is silent, it can be pretty annoying.

Arrived broken.
It arrived defective. Was making electrical popping sounds and didn't work. We were afraid it would explode or catch fire if we left it plugged in. Total junk.

Best Quick Charge Wall Charger Ive Owned
This wall charging adapter lives up to its claims. It charges my phone (Samsung S7) super fast and is not overly bulky like some adapters. If you are looking for a quick charge charger, this is one i highly recommend. I will be buying more for family members.

Hot, really hot!!!
This charger provides the power level described but WOW does it get hot, I mean so hot you can’t touch it and that’s only drawing 2.03 amps. I won’t leave this charger unattended, ever. I may return it and get one that isn’t classified as a heat source.
