Woman's Best Friend
I have been using these Midol patches for over a year and cannot imagine going without them now. These discreet patches go right on the outside of your underwear and heat up fairly quickly, giving you all the benefit of a heat pad without the bulk. Best of all, they can't even be seen through leggings, giving you a bit of comfort during your workout or at work. I also love that the packages are small enough to fit in any size purse and last for eight hours, giving you the comfort you need when you need it. From my own experience, they last about six to seven hours of the eight-hour period. While they work longer, they start losing their effectiveness after this. The size is also perfect for going on my period underwear or normal panties. The heat is also the right amount of warmth, not burning but relieving pain. While they are a little expensive, they are worth it for stopping cramps during my time of the month.

Easy to use..
Very useful for easing cramps. I have a muscle strain in my abdomen that’s been causing me a lot of pain in the past year. I also use these for that. Especially at work. They heat up very fast and last a while. Quite pricey but worth it for on the go. Definitely use over clothing because they do get hot.

Multiple Uses, Great Product
These Midol Patches are wonderful for cramp relief, but they have multiple uses. I stored several in my carry-on for a flight to Europe and when my lower back started to hurt, I slapped one on. When my shoulder started to hurt, I slapped one on. When I got cold, I slapped one on. They go on over your clothes, adhere well but don’t leave residue, and stay warm for quite a while. My husband and son ended up using them as well. They are a good-sized yellow heart-shaped patch that says “Midol” on it, so I’d recommend having a hoodie or something to put on to conceal them (unless you don’t care).

Easy to apply
I wasn't sure what to expect before ordering. It is on the smaller size. I'm plus size and the pad is about the size of my palm so getting the pad to hit the righr spot to have the most affect was tricky. It's easy to apply and it does stay luke warm for 8 hours. Just wish there was a bigger size. I'm not sure why its recommended can only wear one every 24 hours so if you plan on wearing it during the day then at night you'll have to use alternative methods. Or if you want to take it off for a period and reapply later then there's no way to reapply really, unless I guess if you keep the package.

Great with helping ease cramps
These work great and last a long time, longer than other patches like this.

Disappointed. No heat.
I was looking for an effective-yet-cheaper alternative to the Thermacare menstrual patches. Unfortunately, these are NOT it! Like some other reviewers mentioned, my patches didn't heat up at all. They're still too expensive for a glitch like that to happen, especially with so many reviewers saying so. Glad I bought them during Prime Day deals. I'll stick with the more expensive Thermacare version for now, because at least that delivers on the basic promise of HEAT.

PERIOD PAIN RELIEF I CAN COUNT ON — MIDOL HEATING PADS ARE A LIFESAVER!
These Midol heating pads have quickly become a must-have in my period survival kit. Whenever cramps hit hard, I just pop one on and within minutes I feel that gentle, comforting warmth doing its magic. It's like a soothing hug for my lower belly! They’ve made such a difference in how I manage menstrual cramps, especially on work days when I can't just lie down with a heating pad.

Placebo, maybe but I still like
I get super bad cramps to the point where I’m taking a pill as soon as that 6 hour mark comes. I thought these would bring relief and I think they may have, I just wish they would heat more. I don’t think it helped my pain at all but it feels nice to have something warm on your tummy when cramps start. Just careful if you’re wearing loose clothing because it doesn’t stick super well, it fell down my leg when I was wearing sweats and I had a mint heart attack because I thought there was a literal rat running down my leg.
