Only brand and formulation I will buy for my 4 cats. Sometimes I will buy Slide if its BOGO at my local grocery store. But Clump and Seal has better oder control than Slide. This litter does not turn to wet mush, crumbles, or concrete at the bottom of the litter box like some other litters do. Which makes for easier scooping.

I used to get another clump and seal from arm & hammer, but they had this one on a good deal... never going back! Clumps great, wonderful price, scoops great, no one even believes I have a cat because zero odor ... even when I was hospitalized and had someone come feed her for me daily but due to their asthma I didn't have them do the box, we came home to zero smell even when finally able to clean it after the hospital stay.

Clumps well even in the rain!! This item is a must have for my litter box. It keeps smells down, doesn’t track throughout the house, and is easy to store. I (and my cat) found pellet and crystal litter products odd, so this product suits us best for the price! It’s easy to clean and makes the dreaded task of litter box management a breeze.On the plus, a box was damaged by rain and it truly clumped well- the expansion caused by clumping was such a cool science experiment to witness (after panicking that I may not have enough litter for my cats two boxes this month.) Easiest 5 stars for a product ever.

I've been using this litter for the last 5 years, in different living configurations (house with basement, apartments with good litter box spaces, more cramped apartments without).The good: This is consistently a great litter for odor control, even across lots. The clumping occurs quickly, and generally forms easily scooped clumps. The fine grains of the litter are very easy to scoop, and unclumped litter quickly falls through the scoop.The middling: The litter color and quality varies a lot across lots/boxes. Sometimes I will get a box of dark gray litter that creates rock-hard clumps and has basically zero dust. Sometimes I'll receive a box of light gray litter that releases dust clouds when I pour it in the box and forms slightly looser clumps. I'm not sure if this is normal for other litters or if it's unique to this product, since I've stuck with this the longest.The bad: This litter is very lightweight, which makes scooping a breeze, but it tracks EVERYWHERE, especially if you have a medium-long hair cat with paw tufts. This is fine if you have a separate space for litter boxes, like a basement, but it can be a nightmare for small apartments. If you have a robot vacuum and hardwood floors, the vacuum's brush will often fling litter away instead of gathering it for the vacuum to collect, because the granules are so light.

No bad smell comes from this even when the litter box needs changed, I’ve used the same brand minus it being platinum and I can smell my cat litter from upstairs as I live in a bilevel house and my litter box is in the basement laundry room.The platinum actually clumps together, slides out easily if you’re emptying the entire box, if you’re scooping it, it stays clumped together as well. The dust is not bad. I can stand over it pour it in the litter box and I don’t have to worry about turning my face away, so I don’t breathe it in. That makes me feel better about my cat using it as well so she’s not breathing it in.

Been using it for years and can confirm this is the king of odor control. It's expensive but worth it.

I have two large cats that do their business regularly. I truly believe this is the only cat litter that cuts down on the order and helps the waste to clump together as it should. I have tried the cheapest, browns and other clumping, browns and I can really tell the difference! I will not use anything else! Spend the extra money and get something that will cut down on your workload and on the order and make you a happier person because of it! 🐈‍⬛

My cat loves this litter stuff so much she actually rolls around in it joyfully after dropping a duece.My dog has also been eating less cat turds now. In the past we just used beach sand & just let the dog eat the “cat cookies” and didnt have to empty litter box as often, but the vet said thats not a great idea (whatever) 🤷. The cats tootsierolls now stick to the litter & the dogs not a fan of the new “condiment flavor” So although gotta clean the litter box more often, its less visits to the dog vet.
