Excellent cooking pan
This is an excellent pan! It's bigger than I expected even though I was looking for a small pot. The cooking surface is very nice and cleans up easily with a little soap and water. The surface is non stick and works very well. The lid fits nicely on the pan and really helps with the cooking and retaining the moisture. The holder on top is very nice and seems to stay fairly cool during cooking. The handle of the pan is made of the same material and feels really nice in the hand. The pan heats quickly and cooks fast. The pan holds enough food for two to four people. All in all, I am very pleased with this pan. I would definitely recommend.

A nice PFOA free saucepan
I’m really impressed with this Nonstick Saucepan. The granite coating works beautifully—almost nothing sticks, and it’s super easy to clean. The size (1.5 qts) is perfect for small portions, sauces, or boiling a couple of eggs. The handle stays cool during cooking, and the lid fits snugly. It heats evenly and works well on my induction cooktop. Overall, excellent quality for the price—highly recommended for anyone looking for a small, reliable saucepan!

Good build quality.
I purchase it for its build, capacity and design. I use it to melt butter and make ghee and it does a very good job. Due to its ceramic non-stick coating it is a breeze to clean it.Just make sure you use only upto middle heat and never high heat to cook.

I really like this small saucepan
I really like this small saucepan. The nonstick coating works very well — food doesn’t stick and it’s very easy to clean. It heats up fast and evenly, and works great on my induction stove. The handle stays cool while cooking, and the glass lid is nice for checking the food. Perfect size for making sauces, boiling eggs, or heating soup. Just remember to use low to medium heat and soft utensils to protect the coating. Great value for the price!

Beautiful, but you need to baby it.
* Beautiful cream color.* Heavy duty, sturdy pot. * Smooth wooden handle is cool to touch.* Glass lid stays flush; vent hole.* Very well packed; shipped well. I was looking for a smaller 1-quart pot to replace my T-fal that was finally beginning to get nicks after 40 years of almost daily use. I chose this pot for its comparable size, I could purchase it separately, and the reviews were excellent. The only drawback which is typical of even the best crafted ceramics is that the finish is not as tough or scratch resistant, of course, as steel. So dish washing, high heat, heating a pot too quickly on high, metal utensils, etc. are not recommended as they’ll reduce the product’s beauty and longevity. (See, photos of “care” instructions, attached.)I may buy more silicone utensils for cooking with this pot, because my stainless steel utensils might scratch it. Also, I can’t stack it with my other pots and pans, because it’ll mar the finish. It takes up space in my tiny apartment.Except for these minor inconveniences, it’s beautiful and fun to cook with.

Awesome for a small meal
Very nice good quality pan with great nonstick surface. I mainly cook chicken strips or salmon and both come out juicy, tender, and very delicious. I don't use any oil for the salmon and I only rub the chicken strips in grapeseed oil, salt and pepper, before cooking on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes and then finishing up by putting the strips or salmon in a heated bow (heated in the microwave for 2-3 minutes while the food cooks) covered with a plate. By the time I wash the pan and sit on the table, the chicken/salmon is ready to enjoy. That's the fastest way to prepare very delicious and healthy protein. The only caveat is that with this cooking method you should not fill more than 60% of the bottom of the pan or else, the food will not turn out as good and will have different texture and profile. The pan lasts about 1 or 2 years depending on use and then the nonstick starts to deteriorate which I think is normal and expected. Since the pan is affordable you can aways replace it with a new one when the coating loses its nonstick property. I can't comment on other uses but I think for this price this pan is a great buy.
