I expected it to be stitched, not just a piece of vinyl.

The size is nice. The flap is velcroed on both side leaving the ability to completely remove it. The flap design is a cheap vinyl application.

Bag is cute and well made. but smaller than 12 x 12. It has multiple zippers, and the flap is detachable. Flap attaches to the bag with velcro on both ends (the front and the back). Color is closer to a military khaki, and the design on the flap is printed. Overall, a nice bag, but I am returning it because it is not tall enough to carry a folder and then zip the bag. The outside dimensions are about 12w x 10h. I am also disappointed that I had to pay shipping to return it.
