Running Out of Charge Quickly
This bad boy loses power with a couple of 5-minute usage. My wife complained about this machine chopping onions way too aggressively and making it all mushy. Bottom line is your experience might be different than ours. Good luck!Update 11/23/2022: updated the stars rating because the company’s customer service is excellent. They sent us a replacement chopper but again the product (chopper) chops way too aggressively no matter how you use the machine. The company suggested lower speed and pulsating. That didn’t help much.

Used it 3 times and it broke
I was excited for this food processor as it is cordless, however it was used 3 times before it broke. I was excited to begin making more sauces this summer after not using it for a few seasons. Only to use it and have it stop functioning. I charged it fully, however it won't start and simply leaves the light signal on. I would not recommend this product. I would love a refund or a replacement; though, I am past the 30 days.

I received my product without a charger
I like it but my order wasn’t wasn’t complete missing the charger therefore I can’t use it trying to get a charger but can’t find the right charger for it.
