Q: Does this come with a note at least saying who its from? Or can a note be included? Thanks.

It comes with a gift note, but it’s hidden under the shipping label. Unfortunately the recipient has to read the enclosed instructions to know where to find it, which they may not read since most people already know to fill the vase with water and flower food and throw away the shipping box.

Q: why the set without vase more expensive than the clear one ï¼

Yes and we did not need the vase.

Q: If the flowers are not up to standard or dead do I get a refund?

The flowers I ordered came shipped in very poor condition. I could not give them to my wife for her.90th birthday. I called customer service. and was promptly refunded the money.
