I honestly didn’t know what to expect from an EMS trainer off of Amazon, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have been using this device every day since I have bought it on different areas of my body. Even though it is for abs, and while I use it for that purpose, I also am able to attach it around my hips and use it for my glutes as well. I have lost around 15 pounds since starting this, however, I have made some slight diet changes as well. This is not a miracle worker for weight loss. You have to put an effort in other areas to. If you are doing other exercises and eating more mindfully, this is an excellent addition to burn extra calories and train muscles, which in turn burn extra calories while you are not working out . I am very impressed with the outcome and I will continue to use this device and I will update my review when I have reached my goal weight. I fully recommend you try this product if you are committed to making the above said changes. I also want to mention, that it runs for days off of one charge. It has so many different modes and settings, so that way your body does not get used to the same setting or the same intensity so it is continually building muscle and avoiding that plateau.

Purchased this belt type because I purchased a gel type 10 days prior which was the worse. Gel pads curled, would not stick after 4 days. Nothing from that seller. So I purchased this belt type, which is a lot better. Power module never worked. Good thing that I had the power modules from the previous unit. Snapped in place. Sent the seller a message on the failed disc two days ago. Never heard a response. As usual from some of the sellers in this site. They just want to sell a product, collect the money and move on.2/22/24, after a month of use. Do not waste your money. These things do not do what they advertised. Do little if anything for you.

First one did not work and it was replace very quickly. It works great. I've been using it 2 to 3 times a day for about 45 minutes each time. The numbers for the level of intensity are not coming out clearly. Once you use it several times you know what level you are at. Can not beat the price. Very pleased with it. I do get by moneys worth. I'm going to order another one just in case. I do use it a lot.

I think that since we are trying to slide wieght it means I am larger than I would like to be but it is to small you need to make them larger even if you have some added Velcro extension that will get you to the shape you want to be

I have been using for 2 days now. It is easy to use once you work through the vague instructions. I have used the belt 30 minutes each of the past 2 days and my abs are a bit sore so it may be working. Time and continued exercise will tell the tale. The price was GREAT! So far good bang for the buck.

It works! I love that the material is flexible and softer instead of the hard plastic leather material of the one I ordered previously. It is way too big for my waist though. It’s also too wide. I wish it came in different size options. I’m thin, 28” waist with wide hips, so when I strap the belt on, I have to pull it down pretty low and strap it mostly to the elastic band with just a small piece of it on the actual velcro in order for it to fit, but that causes the stimulation pads to be worn lower on my stomach and it shocks my hips. Annoying, but it works.

Easy and fun to use When I first got this I got it for a joke for my brother and me to use when we go to the gym and then I was like this couldn’t possibly work but I was wrong and I will admit that I was very wrong because this right here works extremely well

The belt is a great design but the power pack is attached by two little snaps. Even if you are able to line up the snaps and fasten them it takes very little pressure for them to pop off. I’ve got bifocals and had a hard time getting the snaps to line up. It’s to bad the belt had a great design but they went cheap on fasteners. I returned it the same day.

Love it. Compared to others I've used. This one is alot better.
