Bought this and in less the 2 years it stopped coolingHad someone come look at it and saw the Freon lines are plastic not copper

It’s pretty good but is not getting to the temperature I set it up lately. Need help!!
This product has been really good since we bought it! I don’t know if is because is too hot lately but the temperature has been to high even though I set it up lower, and one side of the ventilation has ice. I need help!
