Dropped it, broke it. Don’t work no more

You must first disconnect/forget from all Wi-Fi devices before you try to connect to the iPhone app. It took many attempts to get it to connect. I was just about to pack it back in the box before it finally started to work. You must have your phone very close to the clock to connect, i.e., less than a foot away. Once the setting page says connected, open the app and wait! It will have a message about connecting. Thats when you can start changing things. Have not tried yet to upload any pictures. LEDs have three modes, but the control on the app is so small, it is very hard to get it to switch. Will see how it goes tomorrow, but if it takes another hour of messing with "will it connect or not" then I will return it. The good news is the displays are very crisp and bright. It is cute, but overpriced.

Won't connect to my phone, so unable to set the clock or use other functions. JUNK. DON'T BUY. There are other great alternatives that have readable instructions and will connect to your wifi. JUNK! Horrible instructions, phone app doesn't connect to clock, etc., etc. DON'T BUY.

This is a beautiful clock. I love the concept and the clarity of the displays. It’s truly beautiful. But it doesn’t work.1) The hand waving to set the time or make other changes is crazy. Seriously obnoxious.2) It connects to my iPhone 14 Pro Max, so I CAN change the display style. But when asking why it won’t synchronize the TIME, one person said to turn on WiFi. But she didn’t seem to notice that I CAN control the digits, so WiFi IS on. And it will still not sync the time nor the 12/24 mode.And Novellife said to connect it to a Windows computer. I do NOT want to have to move the clock twice a year just to set it, and I certainly don’t want to add Chinese software to my computer.The app is one of the worst attempts I’ve ever seen. Perhaps written by a team who didn’t talk to each other. Or maybe they did - in full argument mode.I really like this clock, but since I can’t control it, it’s gotta go back.EXTRA BONUS FAIL: It has WiFi, but no way to connect to an NTP server (can’t set time automatically).

Easy to set up with app and it's a fun little clock

The media could not be loaded.  This clock is so beautiful - once it's connected and set up. Very frustrating trying to get my phone to connect to it but once I got it, I was thrilled with the results! I prefer Clock design #12 which looks like spider webs on the numbers. Also light setting "Flow" so the colors morph into one another. It's my favorite new gadget!!!!
