We had to rebuilt part of the motor in our suburban. Told we would probably have to completely replace. Husband did research. Found out about this transmitter. It’s did its job. We’ve actually showed it to our friends and even orders it for a few. Our motor is 2 yrs later and going strong

Works as avertised. My Colorado doesn't go from V6 to V4 anymore. No more hesitation while my truck switches back to V6 when I floor it. My Colorado has been using around a quart of oil per 2k miles since new. When I plugged this in and stopped the cylinder deactivation, it stopped using oil.

This plug keeps my 2010 Silverado in V8 mode. Certain GMs have the feature that was supposed to save gas by turning 4 cylinders off. There are apparently a number of issues that pop up as the engine ages, such as lifter issues and oil consumption. Also, there was a bump I thought was a transmission or rear end problem in city traffic but seems to have been the truck switching from V4 to V8 abruptly. Works as advertised and has bright LEDs to let you know it’s on. There are way more expensive ones, but for around $85, this is the most economical choice to alleviate the issues that arise in older vehicles with a feature that might have been a good idea, initially, but apparently doesn’t age well.

Enable your vehicle to operate on all eight cylinders at all times. Stop the computer from changing from eight cylinders to four. It could save your engine from future problems. Make sure you read the description before you purchase.

Finally a reliable way to keep my truck from moving between V8 and V4. Saving my truck and me thousands of dollars in repairs. My mechanic turned me onto this little device and It was one of the better purchases I've made. Also, I only drive my truck once every week or two, I just leave it plugged in and I haven't had any problem with my battery draining. So massive thumbs up from me.
