Brick making machine
Definitely not indestructible, but works as intended for paper brick making. A good way to keep the mess to a minimum is to soak the paper for at least a day or two and blend it with a good sized paint mixer attachment for a drill. If possible, use some type of padding for the handles if you plan to put this thing through its paces

Good
This product does exactly what it says it does. Works decent. Not a fast process, but doable. Making paper bricks is a lot less practical than I hoped though. If you're curious and want to try it though, this comes at a decent price and will do the job.

very useful
i thought for the lower price i paid, that this would be an inferior product. it is not. mine works great. all i did was to take a cresent wrench and bend the tabs that you lift , and now i have a finger hold to use. i like it.

A heavy body that can’t compress enough with the supplied arms
The item arrived quickly and as advertised, but as noted on other reviews, the supplied arms are not big or strong enough to properly compress a paper, or in my case a paper shred/sawdust/coffee grounds log. The logs I made with the supplied arms were loose/crumbly when dried. That being said, the body of the unit is quite heavy/sturdy, and should be able to handle a better compression method. I removed the supplied arms, and devised a simple but quite heavy compression lever. Although untested, (my soup is still soaking), I am hopeful…

Coolest ever
Bought just to try my hand at it. Hard to figure the right amount of paper to put in the press.

Flimsy
I received it and it was bent. It felt super flimsy. If it was made by with a thicker metal it would work great! But not this one.
