I did a two day test, with one serving each day. I took one capsule and had a small serving of noodles and had no symptoms. The next day I took another capsule and had a burger at in-n-out with about 2/3 of the bun. I don’t know whether I should have taken two capsules or whether two days in a row was too much, but I did get a mild stomach upset that’s lasting for several days. I’ll wait until I feel 100% and will then test again using two capsules. It may be that I save this for dining out or a once a week treat. Looking forward to getting a delicious sandwich at our local sourdough sandwich place sometime!

I have had a gluten allergy/intolerance/whatever you want to call it for over a decade. I went grain free and low carb to lose weight and after deciding to have a sandwich one day - my body couldn't handle gluten anymore. I do NOT have celiac, and was tested for it. Whenever I accidentally had gluten (usually at a restaurant that screwed up my order) I'd be hit with symptoms like horrid food poisoning. Your sister in law made some dish and you're trying to explain the cream of mushroom soup is flour based and you're not saying no just to start trouble. They don't get it.We are moving out of state. All our friends want to take us to dinner before we leave. Quadruple anxiety for me. $18 for a bunless burger and can't even eat the fries because they're coated in crispy flour.I ordered these expecting to spend the day vomiting. I had one, waited a few minutes and then took a bite of the first real pizza in over a decade. I waited. Nothing. Took another bite. Nothing. Waited.
