Very stable and easy to work with.
Well I'm very pleased with this ladder, I'm still living to write this review. It's strong, and very sturdy on both concrete and grass, my grass ground is not leveled so you must reposition several times to make sure the upper feet of the ladder is flushed on both sides as well as the lower feet, this makes all the difference in the world, I wore proper boots as to not slip, due to the grass being wet, oh my gosh, I'm so glad I was able to clean mounds and mounds of leaves and debris, months worth, I just moved into this new house and was told by the home inspector to clean my gutters after closing, lol, these are new gutters too, very strong for the ladder to lean on, now I will go around my house one more time with my new ladder, which is very stable, putting in gutter guards, my gutters are about 20 feet up. This ladder is going to make cleaning my windows a breeze, just fold it up and store it away, easy peasy.

Heavy
This is the Superman of ladders without a doubt. Know that it is heavy yet folds for minimal storage space. The functionality is a bit confusing so best to watch a video on all the different setups it can do.I know there are several negative reviews but other then weight I can still recommend this ladder for quality and price point.

First ladder ive ever owned
When i bought this ladder i was about 245 lbs. I was scared to use it because it has a 300 lb limit. This thing is stout though. You can flip it in all directions easily. Fits in the garage nicely. Not heavy as i thought it would be. Now that im 220, i feel a little better on it! Great product! a must for first time home buyers!!

useful
Helpful to reach where I need to get safely. I can make it into a step ladder, an extension ladder or as scaffolding. It is useful around the house and yard.

Honest Review for those who still question the product
After reading all the negative and positive reviews. With it being inside my price range of needing a multipurpose ladder. Here is the real deal for those who question this product as much as I did.I can not speak on behalf of the users who had a bad experience but here is my experience.Box arrived and was a little torn up with holes maybe indicating misuse and improper handling. But the ladder was not damaged in any way after unboxing. No nicks or dings. But when throwing it around in my truck bed it does scratch fairly easy, but it’s a ladder for work purposes - not a problem. after moving it around and adding character to it, still no chips or dings. Plastic held up on ladder feet and around hinges.I purchased the 14’ silver edition. Which when folded and minimized it stands around 47” tall. Great size to keep in the bed of the truck and can be placed anywhere inside the bed instead of one direction sticking out past the bumper like traditional ladders. One feature I did like that “The Little Giant Ladder” doesn’t offer is how the ladder open/locks at the hinges. A very easy and simple leverA feature I DID NOT LIKE. Is this ladder does not lock folded. Only locks in A-Frame and Straight extended positions. Unless I just missed it. Will edit post and correct myself if I did in fact miss this feature due to excitement of everything else. Before installing the extended feet I expanded the ladder onto my house and was easily able to climb onto the single story home roof. The ladder did flex in the center where the hinges were but all these multipurpose ladders do, so do not let that initial movement while climbing scare you. I’m about 230 lbs when weighted down with all the tools and belt, passing the hinges with weight and feeling the ladder move very little, it can hold me. The ladder still felt safe without the safety legs.Another complaint I read is the ladder isn’t wide enough and the cross bars are smaller. They are a tiny bit smaller but still testing this ladder in my 12” work boots that are heavy and clunky. The ladder felt fine to climb.Comparing to my heavy duty Husky 6’ ladder, the weight of this ladder was a little lighter by estimated couple pounds at max - still tiring if you have to carry it around the house or job to job. Comparing to my 8’ light weight aluminum ladder, this ladder is heavier. The safety legs were installed and I stood the ladder up once again in the grass and I felt a huge difference in sturdiness. I liked it. The rubber legs will be great for interior use as well to help that the ladder does not slip.Assembling the extension safety legs. Complaints I’ve read said the holes were in the wrong spot, mine were not. I slid the safety leg bar into the ladder legs and hand tightened for the initial start, then using the tools supplied with purchase of product- I tightened even further without issue.ASSUMING - have not tested yet. But with the black rubber feet leaning up on walls, if you drag the feet on the walls it could mark up the walls. But the shape of the feet I truly believe if accidentally dropped would not puncture Sheetrock but that depends on the accident I’m sure.

Little heavy but sturdy
Great adjustable latter. It has some weight to it but it's sturdy and locks in place
