After doing some research, I decided to include DIM with my daily intake of vitamins and minerals. I took the recommended dose daily with my breakfast for a period of 6 weeks. The capsule is standard size, tasteless and not too large to swallow. I decided to give this supplement a try as part of my strength training regimen and to clear bad estrogen from my body while allowing free testosterone to be released. During my self evaluation phase of this supplement, there were no notable changes to my health or performance. I have not experienced any increase or reduction in strength, endurance, weight, loss, or weight gain as a result. While I encourage anyone seeking seeking hormonal balance to consider DIM, I recommend asking your doctor if it is prudent for you to take this supplement. Helped stop hot flashes, Yes Men can get them too!!

Tried it every morning (2 pills) for 4 months, never noticed any difference. Didn't feel better or worse, no effect. Stopped taking it.

I got these as a trial without really knowing what it was supposed to do for me. Without any expectations, I don't think I had any placebo effect. At first I thought they bothered my stomach, but I took a break for about a week and then started up again and have been taking one daily since then without any further stomach issues. As someone in his mid-60's previously on TRT but not now, I think it has helped a little bit with slightly more energy but no jitters. I can't say for sure that it has improved prostate health over the past several weeks but it certainly hasn't hurt it. And it also may have improved things in the bedroom department somewhat. But all of this is rather subjective and I wouldn't say that I can definitely point to something that has had a marked improvement. What I am thinking will happen is that I will take these until they are gone for another month or so. Then I will see what happens when I stop them. If I feel that I lose ground in any area, I wouldn't hesitate to order them again to get back to where I am now in which case I will update this review. This may not be a glowing review, but I feel it is a fair and honest one.
