This book covers all of the basics of hardware asset management on the ServiceNow platform from ITSM Asset to HAM Professional. This is a good source to start your journey in HAM.

As a ServiceNow veteran, I thought I knew everything there was to know about HAM. In the first 10 pages of the HAM specific chapter, I learned something I didn't know. This book is chocked full of big processes, lots of knowledge, and golden nuggets of specific information. It's a great read for anyone buying HAM to use. It's also a phenomenal resource for implementers of ServiceNow focusing on HAM to help build and maintain. I'm excited to have this in my back pocket to reference.
