Unfortunately, my experience with the printer has been quite disappointing due to several significant issues.Firstly, upon using the printer for the first time, I noticed an ink leakage inside the printer. This issue not only caused a mess but also raised concerns about the printer's functionality and durability. It's unacceptable to receive a product with such a glaring flaw.Secondly, upon closer inspection, I discovered that the printer's ink cartridge cap was open, indicating that the item might have been previously used or mishandled. This revelation is highly concerning as it suggests a lack of quality control or proper inspection before the product was sold to me.Moreover, despite purchasing another printer in the hope of receiving a better product, I encountered similar issues. Economic and easy
Perfect for my light use, it comes with ink bottles, easy to use through mobile app, only observation that it only connects through single band wifi not dual band which is minor, I’m satisfied with printing quality

Not going to buy it again.
Ordered one which made noises. Get it replaced for free. The second one I received has stopped printing the blue pigments. It prints all other colours but dark reds and basically any colour that needs any blue pigments is not printed. So everything I print is being printed in a yellowish / rustic tint. Black and white printing is perfect. I’ve tried refilling the ink tanks but cyan is full.
