This 5-step ladder provides just enough height for me to reach my garage roof (reach, not get onto) as well as the overhead storage inside my garage. At my age, I miss my youthful mobility; the handrails help with that. It's also much steadier than my previous ladder.

Such an easy to use, and solid ladder yet light enough for us to move around. Much better than having to haul out a bulky, oversized ladder. When getting to the top, it is solid and gives confidence to be able to use even the highest steps for best reach. The opening mechanism is just a firm grip on the release but firm enough that I know when it's folded up, it won't slip out. Once open, the base is solid and doesn't shift or tip. When folded, it is trim and easy to stow away in a very narrow place. BEST FUNCTIONALITY of the step stools I have for the REACH I need.

Ladder is very sturdy. The handles give me such an added security while standing on the higher steps. And the ease of putting it up and down is great. Tucks out of the way in a corner against a wall in my kitchen. Great purchase for a woman with back and balance problems.

I liked so much about this ladder and hoped to get help with a hardware issue so I could use it. But help was not forthcoming. Zero response. I finally reached out to Amazon for help and their solution was to return it. So, I'm giving 4 stars bc it's a good ladder. Taking a star off for no customer service. For that reason, as much as i like the ladder, I cannot recommend this company.

Lots of safey features for the elderly. Highly recommend this product for it's durability and safey features. Would make a great gift for parents or grandparents.

While some have said this ladder is very heavy, I disagree. It's no heavier than a comparable sized ladder, in my opinion. It's heavy enough to be very sturdy but easy to fold up and move. I'm a senior citizen, female and I love this ladder.

Very good safety ladder. I bought this because I wanted a ladder that would be safer for me to climb on. The rails on the side give me exactly the sense of security I need. My son came to do some work on my shower the week after this was delivered and he also liked it very much. He is a lot heavier than I am and the ladder was very secure.I would tell anyone that it’s a good ladder and the side rails make it very secure.I should mention that I am eighty-four and have high cabinets.
